MONDAY 

Lunch: Avocado toast. Yogurt parfait with raspberries and blueberries. Broccoli and cheese. Pretzels. Coconut brownie
Snack: Fruits & Pretzels.

TUESDAY

Lunch: Basic cheese sticks with marinara dipping sauce. Sweet peppers & carrots. GF banana bread with chocolate chips.
Snack: Clementines & grapes.

WEDNESDAY

Lunch: Veggie cheese pizza. Pea snaps & cherry tomatoes. Black olives. Coconut date bar.
Snack: Apple slices & nut butter.

THURSDAY

Lunch: Black bean & cheese quesadilla with salsa. Peaches and pears. broccoli and cauliflower. Quinoa chips.
Snack: Pumpkin muffin.

FRIDAY

Lunch: Sunflower butter and blueberry jam un-crustable. Hard boiled egg & cheese chunks.  Celery & carrot sticks. Chocolate chip cookie. (FRIDAY FEAST)
Snack: Rice crackers with hummus.
