Snack: Blueberry muffin.

TUESDAY

Lunch: French toast sticks & honey straw. Cucumbers. Mixed greens with olive oil. Blueberries.
Snack: Hard boiled egg.

WEDNESDAY

Lunch: Black bean soup. Corn bread muffin. Corn & mango salsa. Almonds. Chocolate blueberries.
Snack: Carrots & celery.

THURSDAY

Lunch: Broccoli & cream cheese sandwich minis. Peas. Peaches & apples. Sweet trail mix.
Snack: Beet chips.

FRIDAY

Lunch: Cheese & lentil empanadas. Sweet potato fries. Fruit smoothie. Sunflower seeds. Popcorn.  (FRIDAY FEAST)
Snack: Grapes & clementines.
